the time! So why can’t we motivate our staff
to elevate support services to a new level
through an incentive program? Heaven knows, with
nearly 400 active multifamily Websites,
we've gotten big enough that we
sometimes mishandle requests - no matter
how hard we try. We want to retain
that small company feel, so now we need
your help!
Starting today, for every day that passes
with no complaints; our team is given a
day's credit. If we do happen to receive
a complaint, it retracts the previous day's
credit, as well as the credit for that current
day. After accumulating 30 complaint-free
days, Ellipse Group will pay $100 towards
each one of our employees' bills.
It’s that simple.
