Ellipse Group Announces a new Employee Incentive Program Elevating Customer Support

 

Just "Good" is Not Good Enough!

   Hey, leasing people get incentive  programs all the time! So why can’t we motivate our staff to elevate support services to a new level through an incentive program?  Heaven knows, with nearly 400 active multifamily Websites, we've gotten big enough that we sometimes mishandle requests - no matter how hard we try.  We want to retain that small company feel, so now we need your help!

   Starting today, for every day that passes with no complaints; our team is given a day's credit. If we do happen to receive a complaint, it retracts the previous day's credit, as well as the credit for that current day. After accumulating 30 complaint-free days, Ellipse Group will pay $100 towards each one of our employees' bills.  It’s that simple.

This program is VERY important to all of us, and it will not be successful unless you participate. Our new support procedure is as follows:

  • Make a request.
  • Expect a confirmation with a reasonable term of completion.
  • Advise Lisa Benson or Lee O’Conner if your expectation isn't met.
