1. I am asked to either pick an application or save it to disk. Which one should I do?
Always save it to disk. (Make sure to remember where on your hard drive you have saved the file.)

2. When I try to listen to a music sample, the song is not loading. What do I need to do?
Our audio preview files are Windows Media format which all Windows systems come with. However, if the song does not load for you, but you get a white page with a web address on it, simple copy and paste the address into your address line and hit enter. This should allow you to download the sample. Otherwise check to make sure you have Windows Media Player installed on your computer.

3. How often do you make CDs available?
Our library is pretty extensive, but we do update it with new albums once year.

4. I am looking for a style of music I can't find in your audio library.
If you don't find something that you like here from our choices, please go to studiocutz.com and choose a cut that you like. (Note: If you choose to use a track from studiocutz a 25 dollar fee will apply.) Take in mind we can not use copyrighted music in Flash intros.

5. When I preview the track to listen, the quality of sound is not very clear.
Due to file size we compress our preview tracks. When building Flash Intros, we use the orignial WAV file that a client has picked for high quality audio.
