Lee O'Conner Since the company's inception, Lee has applied her fourteen years of customer service experience and industry knowledge to the web service implementation and training program as well as the business development department. Lee has a love of knowledge that she shares with the Ellipse staff as the coordinator of internal education and development. Her advanced education includes a BA in psychology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) as well as a Community MBA from the University of Texas. Lee also holds a graduate finance degree, which she completed in 2006, from SMU. Ellipse is proud to announce that as of March 2006, Lee is a True Colors facilitator. Not only will she be holding True Color seminars for Ellipse employees, Lee will also share her expertise with management companies and other organizations. In 2007, Lee demonstrated that she is an accomplished orator by speaking at both the Multi-Housing World and Brainstorming seminars. Ellipse’s fearless COO continues to oversee company and brand management for all the Ellipse SymphonySM products and services. She also provides her enthusiasm by driving the company forward with contributions in sales and business development. One thing for sure, we keep her busy – but she loves it! In her spare time, Lee has an avid passion for golf.
