Kristi joined Ellipse in 2005 as an operations expert and is now one of the valued Principals of Ellipse. As our VP of Operations, Kristi continues to shape the dynamics of our daily operations, customer service, internal and external training programs, and employee retention focus. Kristi’s ten year experience in Corporate Restaurant Management and Training provide a background which influences her management philosophy and decisions to ensure the integrity of Ellipse and bases her decisions on our people, our products and our profits. Operationally, she continues to assist Ellipse in meeting target market acquisitions and financial goals. Kristi is a recent graduate of LeTourneau University with a B.S. in Business Administration. In her spare time, Kristi is the Vice President of the Executive Woman’s Golf Association (EWGA), Dallas Chapter and loves playing golf any chance she can. Kristi and her husband Eddie were married on June 22, 2008.
